The most important - great location on the Atlantic Coast. Also - close enough to the smaller boats of the `` cruisers '', Colon, Portovelo, Gatun locks and the Conservation Area and the Marina for wifi service. Spotless and updated room and exceptionally comfortable bed, comfy sleep.

The location was absolutely perfect, the staff was attentive. Btw, the airport was 1 km away. I could see marina from the window of the double room. It was well-appointed and included climate control, a work desk, and a TV.

The room had comfortable beds and modern decor, and the location was amazing with views of the forest, smaller boats, Fort San Lorenzo, and the Gatún Locks nearby.

The staff here were skilled and attentive, making for an excellent service experience.

Excellent stay with great views and delicious food!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Shelter Bay Marina Hotel during my recent trip to Colon. From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was impressed with the stunning views of the marina from my balcony. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, providing all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as limited early morning services and some additional charges, they did not significantly impact the overall enjoyment of my stay.

The hotel's location is great as it's next to the marina accommodating boats of all sizes. the restaurant and bar area is also very good with a relaxed atmosphere and a nice terrace. the staff was accommodating, and the room was comfortable with a view of the marina.

The temperature control in the room was unreliable, and the air conditioning was a bit noisy.

Amazing Ocean View and Luxurious Rooms, Great Food

During our recent romantic escape, the ocean view from our room was breathtaking, and the interior design of the rooms added a luxurious feeling to our stay. The location was also perfect since it offered easy access to the city center and other nearby attractions. One more advantage that we enjoyed was the restaurant, which had delicious food.

The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, and customer service was poor. Staff members were disorganized and distracted, and it took a long time to receive any assistance.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel by the Marina. The location was excellent as it was close to everything. We loved the nice terrace and the relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant and bar. Our room had a great view over the Marina, and it was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfy, and we had a good shower. The hotel facilities were fantastic as well.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location next to the marina was perfect for us, as we enjoyed being close to everything. We loved waking up to the beautiful view of the marina from our comfortable room. The restaurant and bar had a nice terrace and a relaxed atmosphere, making dining and drinking even more enjoyable. The air conditioning in our room kept us cool, the beds were very comfortable, and the WiFi worked well with the provided code.

We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
